Coffee so good it brought me to tears (literal tears). I’ll re-visit the Roman coffee as a critical dialogue another time (this is the amuse bouche!). For now, know that a simple Caffe Normale (espresso) has elevated me. The foam has me speechless.

To be clear that staff KNOW how good their output is. It's not a secret.
