In case you missed it...

The Lemons of the Amalfi Coast are HUGE. To give you some perspective...



But, for some reason (that I do not and will never understand) Southern Italian food uses very little Lemons in their savory dishes. Outside of an occasional grilled Fish and some local Desserts, the sultry fruit finds itself adorning tables (for show) or in the ubiqutious Limoncello. I SO want to make a Lemon Risotto people!
