Bottle everything imaginable!
In addition to the homemade marmalades (Cherry, Orange, Figs, Strawberry, Apricot and Peach) Baroness Cecilia makes a myriad of Vegetables, Marinades and Pastes during the Summer months.
Although tedious (I am not a factory people), there is much to learn about the art of bottling, both the intrinsic science (vinegar, temperature etc) and the ability to adjust recipes. And I will forever have birthday/holiday gifts on lock.
