looks fantastic...what kind of panini did you have? xo molly
It was pretty straightforward. Mozzarella w/ verdura scelta (mixed preserved vegetables - zucchina, carciofini, carrote, pepperoni, olive etc). As good as, but not better, than anything I could have bought in a salumeria.
