Say hello to a happy subculture of Fruits & Vegetables. They are not “challenged” or “deformed”, but “unique” and “diverse”. In the course of one day these friendly creatures entered my life. When the enormity of my decision to dedicate my life to food weighs down on me, these special characters remind me that Food has humor and personality, as does life. I giggle and get back to it…
