Not so tipici

Its fun watching a little creativity and French influence switch up a typical night in the kitchen serving up our staples.

A dish created by my colleague Manuela for management. Roast chicken served atop an orange rind scented carrot purée. Chiffonaded Radicchio, Orange rind and Red Peppercorns round out the dish.
